Dr Tony Draper PCC
Brisbane

Tony is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

His passion is working with clients who want to develop the potential within their organisations and increase performance.

Tony uses leadership and coaching models, along with solid business acumen, to support clients in reaching sustainable solutions.

Born in Toronto, Canada, Tony gained extensive experience working with international corporations in Canada, New Zealand and Australia in technology, marketing and business development roles. He has a proven track record for leading teams to achieve targets in full, on time.

Tony has coached executives in leading public and private sector organisations including Coles Myer, Queensland Rail, Phillips Fox, Patrick, Hutchinson Telecommunications and the Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs.

Tony is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Past President of the Brisbane chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF). In 2005, Tony received the ICF Australasian Individual Contribution to Coaching Award.

Jo Bassett ACC
Brisbane

Jo works in partnerships with organisations and individuals to create opportunities that allow people to perform at their best every day.  Self-responsibility and accountability underpin Jo’s coaching techniques.

Jo has a strong professional background, with a Master of Health Science in Occupational Therapy, and experience in senior clinical and lecturing positions.

She has coached executives in the health sector, professional and personal services, government and small business.

Jo is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation.



Belinda Merry MCC
Melbourne

Belinda’s coaching gives leaders and emerging leaders increased sustainable energy.

Her background as a business administrator and qualifications in physics and mathematics give Belinda a unique approach to coaching.

Belinda is the author of the Professional Coach’s Business System, used by coaches worldwide. She has more than 2,700 hours of one-on-one coaching experience with clients in a wide range of industries in Australia and around the world.
 
She is President of the International Coach Federation Australasia and holds the highest credential, Master Certified Coach (MCC). 



 

Josie McLean PCC
Adelaide

Josie works with senior managers, teams and organisations to help them draw on their innate resources to improve performance and morale, creativity and innovation, productivity and bottom line results.

In her 25 years’ experience in business, she has seen that success is about leadership and the relationships that leaders create. 

With qualifications in economics and management, Josie has held roles in corporate strategic planning, finance, financial analysis, consulting and training.

Josie is a Past President of the International Coach Federation Australasia and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).




Fleur Dwyer MCC
Canberra

Fleur specialises in organisational change and transformation, with an emphasis on collaboration, partnership and mutual growth.

Fleur is a coach to executives and senior and middle managers in public and private sector organisations, as well as individuals. She is also a coach trainer and Open Space Technology facilitator.

She has experience as a business owner, as well as a senior executive officer, leader and educator at primary, secondary and tertiary levels. She has managed several training and enterprise centres and has been a consultant for professional staff development. Fleur designed and delivered the Quality Teaching and Learning Program.

Fleur is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation.
 

 

Judy McLennanJudy McLennan ACC
Brisbane

Judy works well with complexity, enabling clients to clarify what is important. She supports clients as they re-evaluate how they work, develop strategies for change and then to take action.

She has coached both in the private sector and for government organisations. Judy’s coaching focuses on leadership, personal effectiveness and professional development, career review and transition, and work life balance/integration. She also uses group coaching and facilitation for business and professional development.

Her practical and grounded approach to coaching has been shaped by 20 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist and Workplace Health and Safety consultant.

Judy is an Associate Accredited Coach with the International Coach Federation.

Barb coaches managers, professionals and teams to identify ‘what is’ so they can design and take strategic actions to have what they really want for themselves and their work.

In her 10 years experience as a coach she has coached clients in Australia & NZ, Singapore and the US. They appreciate her quiet, incisive style and strong championing of their goals.

A varied background in business, recruitment/training and as educator means she brings a ready grasp of issues and keen mind to partner with her clients for results. Her qualifications include M.Ed. B.A, Cert 4 in Workplace Training and Cert 4 in Small Business Management. She is also an Open Space Technology Facilitator so brings this appreciation and understanding of individual passion and responsibility to coaching.
